Sir, that is a good point....
However, IMO, NO....
Why...Because if the 811A is advertised as a Angular Ball...Then why, why would he be using
it as a spare 10 pin ball.... IMO, that would lead customer's to think that the ball does not
hook....
Now from what I see while watching the Pro's on TV is this...
When bowling for the BIG MONEY, MOST { laughing in your face } seem to be
using a plastic ball...
Tho I'm sure they can all use any ball and throw it straight and pick up the 10 pin...
Heck, even I can...LOL....
But when push comes to shove and they are bowling for the BIG BUCKS...
They seem to use PLASTIC...
go figure...
btw sir.... No where did I say the 811A was a bad ball...Our friend "willie" is on the
defensive....
I wonder why...
Like I said, In my shop and IMO, this is not what I would call a "most angular" ball...
Now the Eruption and the Frantic are not "angular" yet they are both great pieces of
equipment when USED ON THE RIGHT CONDITION...
JUST LIKE WHAT I SAID ABOUT THE 811A...
Just because the shelf talker says, "extremely angular" does not make it so...
Maybe Woodex will come on and post about the 715A...He bought that ball when it first
came out...It was billed as "extremely angular" That was the last ball he ever drilled that was a
Track ball...
And when he went to the seminar on the 718A, the first thing the Rep said.."Yes I know the 715A
wasn't angular" yo think!!!!!
Now once again, the 811A is a good ball on the right condition...Does it have more angle than a
C ball or a T ball... Yes...
But that does not mean it's Extremely angular...
Now I'm sure if Earl was alive... Willie would say he would" laugh in your face"...
Now my work here is done....
I'm off to play golf....
I think I'll use my R11-S driver to PUTT...
