Just wanted to extend a huge thanks to Rick Leong, most of you know him as Tenpinspro on this forum. I was in the market for a couple of new balls and decided to go with Track. Rick had a good reputation on here so I decided to make the trip out to California (from Bahrain !!) and pay him a visit.
I worked with him beforehand to get the pin outs on my Rule and Animal for the reaction I wanted. He ordered the balls and they were there when I arrived.
He came in three hours early to spend some time with me working on my game. Once he knew what hw was working with, we hit the drill press.
Rick took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions thoroughly. I spent close to 12 hours at the shop. The time was worth it's weight in gold! Rick is a true professional, and the sport is fortunate to have someone as passionate and dedicated to serving the public as he is.
I just got back home (in Japan, ok now you're confused) and haven't been able to hit the lanes yet, but I can't wait. Rick has given me a couple things to work on with my game and some awesome balls to do it.
Thanks again to Rick. (Is this what you meant for the $50 discount?) Just kidding guys! No really, if you ever are in his neck of the woods drop by and say Hi. He's a great guy. I hope this post doesn't come across as too hokey, that's not my intent. I just want to give him a credit for a job well done from another satisfied customer.
