Holy C-R-A-P !!!!!!!!!!
I like this thing, had a game with it this afternoon on a 2 day old broken down condition, had to go up the boards right of 10 to catch a usable amount of head oil, backends weren't exactly screaming(pearl reactives dont always like'em!!) Surface had been hit with some polish( i assume magic shine) and it was drilled 4x2 (pin about an inch right and level with ring finger, with of course cg kicked out, hole around 5 1/2 from grip centre, i'll measure it properly tomorrow!!) What i think i've found here is a ball that falls right between my Phenom(espec now that i've hit it with 1200 wet dry, it's real strong!!) and my EMB Pearl.
I've got less length and a smoother arc than the EMB(with a bit more hook) and more length and a little less overall hook than the Phenom with an arcier backend move than that ball as well. This thing gives the pins a nice old thump too and is just so readable, when you see the inserts and slug tip over to the left you just know this thing is getting ready to rock. Even with the spotty backend i only lost 1 shot right(for a 2-7 leave) because of a little excessive speed. Cant wait to get on the fresh with this thing, this piece is a lot more versatile than the soup loving Phenom and the i need dry backs EMB, cant wait to see where the Freak fits with this in a few weeks(espec with the pin over bridge layout/box surface combo i've been told i should try!!) be nice if i could convince a few people down here to dump there late 90's Big B stuff and other relics for stuff like this. After all who you gonna bet on in a battle between an Arsenal Aggressive and an oil soaked Blue Pro Zone?
