All good things come to pass....
« on: April 05, 2007, 04:51:06 PM »
And so my Legionaries our time has come.

We lost our President (Del Warren) ball designer, mentor and friend.

Then our professional staff (a la Chuck Gardner) and the Diva's were banished.

Our great company was taken over by a rival.

They eradicated our local staffs (Rick, Carl etc.) whom they had no record of existing as it was.

Now our cleaners and polishes can be found in the roadside ditches.

Yet thru it all ...
No one could see that the Track Legion (all of us) were their most important asset.

And so my friends

I understand where your statement comes from....but I really must say that you should keep your head up and think positive. There are some very positive things coming in the future. The ride from here on out can be very exciting, I do not think you want to jump out of this car just yet.

You folks are indeed the lifeblood of the LEGION. As a group I do not think that any "group" or "following" has had to endure the things we have. I hope I speak for everyone when I say that I feel we are stronger than ever.

This is why:

We lost Del Warren, the pro staff and Divas, we have been taken over by a rival company, Rick and I have been removed from staff.............we have not had a release in a very long time (Power Machine was the last FULL LAUNCH) and as far as I can see there is nothing coming before bowl expo.......................................................................................but you know what? Through all of that WE ARE STILL A LEGION!!!!! My PM box has not slowed down from folks having questions or looking for suggestions.

The LEGION LIVES ON!!!!!

The only thing I ask is that you remain patient and see what is coming our way. I do not think anyone will be disappointed.

The hits as a group that we have taken this year can only make us stronger. I understand the idea of a one time rival but just like rocky and apollo in ROCKY III, this can lead to something that is very good. I mean in Rocky III after the training with apollo, rocky knocked out clubber inside 3 rounds and it was the fastest he knocked out any main opponent in any of the the movies. LOL.

The good news is that some of the Track cleaners will make it out of the roadside ditches.  Hopefully all of them, but we'll see.

None of the Track cleaners and polishes are in "roadside ditches."  Every single one of them are still available in both 32 oz and 4 oz bottles from your distributor (for pro shops) or from your local pro shop (for bowlers).  Thanks.
