it is THE ball... equation. Let me start of by saying i dont think i've EVER matched up with any cover better than goo ls. i've just absolutly loved every ball that had this cover on it.

the one with the pin under the finger, i hit with 1000 abralon pad before i punch it, starts up the soonest of the 3, smoothest off the spot which is still more than anything i own (other than the other 2) except maybe my freak out or my xception.

the one with a high negative pin and positive cg is without a doubt the hardest flipping ball off the spot i've ever seen in my life. It gets down the lane better than anything i've ever thrown. The with the positive pin flips just as hard, but lays off after its move due to the cg placement which was by design and i use it for mostly fresh over/under house patterns.

If there is a ball you NEED to have in your bag this league season, it is this ball. Extreamly versitle, and goes very well with all the other products in the line.

Eric,

VERY well put. The Equation is very versatile. I do wonder how it would work with a little surface......curiousity may get the best of me.

No look a likes please.....just kidding...

To take me over...you need to drill about at least 17 more Equations...I had 20 GP2s for sure..and I just drilled a new one and have 1 NIB left as well...

I have not had a chance to throw any of the stuff enough to get a real read on anything other than the first Mean I drilled...
