Unlikely, but if Track tweaked it like they did the core in the X 5.0 it could at least be that fast.

Ya, I'd really doubt a spin time of 3.0 seconds to be likely.  I wonder how all the overseas releases compare to domestic releases.  Are they the same balls with different names/colours, or are there reaction differences as well?  I really want to try a lot of the overseas balls if I had some money and if I could get a hold of them.
