This coverstock, Columbia's Super-Flex or Enhanced Super-Flex (I'm pretty sure it's one or the other) is one of the easiest covers to modify in any direction.
My only caveat is that the cover is very fine, 1500 grit, out of the box. I'd be very careful about adding a lot polish to the cover. You might possibly wind up with a very sensitive ball reaction, especially if you encounter any backend carrydown. Carrydown is common even on many league conditions.
If you do have any problems, there's a very simple solution. Sand the ball down to anywhere in the 600, 800, or 1000 grit range and then add your favorite polish. I have found various balls with the both the 2 most famous and versatile coverstocks, Super-Flex and Power Koil 18, to respond incredibly well to these methods.
In fact, I have my 2 current best balls, a Fire Quantum (PK 18 cover) and a Columbia Boss Pearl (SF cover) polished but after I took the Fire Quantum to 800 grit, and the Boss Pearl to 1200-1550 grit.
