Animal Untamed
« on: December 29, 2004, 07:17:07 AM »
My friend was looking for a new ball, I suggested the Animal Untamed b/c buddies had them on closeout and alot of you rave about the Morpheus core.  His stats:

Med speed
Med revs
med track, more of a spinner than a 3/4 roller.

I suggested he put the mb out one the val and keep the pin around 3 to 4" from PAP.  What do you guys think of this??

He is looking for more POP on the backend.  With his spinner release, this will get the ball into a roll for him.

Hey Andrew,

If he's a true spinner, I'd even suggest placing the mb about 2.5-3 from pap to help offset some of that spin. The bigger problem I usually encounter with my spinner customers is getting them into a roll soon enough to finish.  The shorter mb placement should help that a lot.  The pin about 3 sounds fine as well.  Hope this helps...

I agree with ten on the drilling. Shorter pins help, as I try to get no longer than a 3 inch pin for my spinners.
