Probably not, as the Aresenal Angular is a particle ball. The lower Rg cannot the sole basis for comparison because the covers are so different.
As I see it, it's all abalancing act.
In stock form the AR will be earlier than the AA because of the cover's preparation. With light polish it will PROBABLY still be earlier, up to a certain point, which will be governed by your ball speed, your revs, the drillings for each and the lane surface and the oil pattern. As yo ucan see there are so many variables for two very different balls, you'd have to experiment to see how much polish you need to add, to balance off both factors: length and ball reaction.
If you can polish it a little at a time, you can probably get where you want both balls to be.
