A post on the Track forums got me to thinking about this: Anyone remember the Sensor II Xcel Reactive Pearl, the purple one? I had one of those balls for a year or so and loved it until it died pretty abruptly (albeit it at around the 200-game mark, so I'm not complaining).
I never saw a lot of those balls used but I loved mine, and was wondering if anyone else had used one. Doggone good looking ball, too.

Thanks for the link; I just remembered I'd left out the "Xcel" part of the name. The one I'm talking about was very purple.
Here's the one I had:

My first reactive ball was a 14lb Sensor II, still have it in the basement somewhere. It was an awesome ball, although I didn't use it for long as I moved to 16lb equipment within a year of having it.

I actually have one. Bought it a TKO and 2 ball tote off of ebay for $38.00. It's on it 3rd plug job and has a few scratches in even after resurfacing. I have only been rolling it for about 2 weeks now, and I must say it is a really good ball. Actually thinking about letting it replace my Heat Blast because the blast just isn't getting the job done the way I want it to anymore

The question isn't why do I throw all Track, it's why don't you.
Arsenal includes:
Rule GP2, Rule Delta 1, Slash, Heat Blast, Heat, Desert Heat, Pearlized Triton Elite

For $38 that's a good deal. Heck...the TKO is worth that much alone (in my opinion). The wife and I both made a ton of money with ours. Speaking of the Xcel...I went digging around and found my old one. Might have to play around with it a bit...or it may appear in the W/FS/FT Forum.
