Arsenal aggressive is a hell of a ball
« on: April 21, 2005, 01:40:17 AM »
Hey fellas I have had this ball for about a month now and I dont have any ball that hits as hard as this ball does, it just clears the deck when it hits the pins. It recovers so well at the backend. I must admit I am impressed, I want another one to go along with my existing one.

This is a great ball!!!  One of my favorites.  It's one of the most versatile dullish balls I've used.  I've never touched the surface. No smoothing, polish, etc.   I've been able to use it in on so many surfaces and on so many patterns.  Playing straight, hooking it, etc.   I've played it on heavier and also some lighter stuff as long as head oil existed.  The surface is holding up too.  It hasn't been touched (I'm horrible when it comes to cleaning balls) and there is no sign of loosing strength.  The PEAK particle is really a great cover.

Just one of those consistent, strong balls that does what you want it to and is very easy to control.

Hey how do you guys think the aggressive is compared to the gp2. If I purchased one could I use it like I use the aggressive and will it hook more and be just as aggressive. Or will it burn up and not be playable unless I have some soup to throw it in or whatever.

GP2 is earlier with a touch less backend. The Aggressive is about 2-4 boards weaker overall than my GP2 drilled exactly the same. Both have factory surface finishes.

I'd agree on the hit lilphyzx, I drilled mine mellow 1.5x1 and it still has good movement with great hitting power.  It's a perfect fit for me under my GP2.

Bighook, I apologize but my video software is on the fritz.  I also tried buying 2 other ones that are not working either but I've had vids stored in my camera for about a month now.  I'm not giving up though, finally seeing my friend this weekend to try and have this resolved...so hopefully I'll have them soon.
