Arsenal Agressive Layout Suggestion(s)
« on: March 21, 2005, 03:53:51 AM »
I was wondering if any of the Track Gurus out there have a suggestion on this ball for me.  I am looking to take this one to the ABC's.  I am planning to take this along with my Rule.  The Rule I have is laid out pin just right of ring finger with MB almost on VAL.  I am looking to have this ball roll early and NOT be real flippy on the back end.  I was originally thinking drill layout #4 (4x2) or #5 (4x0) per Track's drilling instruction sheet.
Thanks for the feedback

I kind of like the 4x2 layout for the early read and control on the backends. The cover will not be jumpy unless you alter to make it that way.

Hey ten on the deck,

I just drilled my Aggressive 1.5x1 from an idea I got from Mitch B.  You may not have to go quite as weak as I did because my speed to rev ratio may be different then yours.  But even with this layout, the ball rolls very nice and even throughout the lane.  It definitely does not jump on the backend but still hits very well because of the stronger cover and weight block.

Thanks EX and tenpinspro,
I knew you guys would come through.  I am having it drilled tonight.  I think I am leaning towards the 4 x 2 layout.  Will advise later on how it works.
