Just drilled this one up with a 5 inch pin just below ring finger height and the mb a couple inches right of thumb. Very clean up front even 800 sanded and then it flips!! Not much flips for me right now due to my forward roll release. Speed control will be important, but I really like the way this ball impacts the pins. Once that tall core finally flips over, look out!

The Rule is a great piece....still has many uses today.

Louie.....
You will love your Rule after you find out where too use it on some different conditions and see where it works best for you. The Rule is still one I have in my bag when I go to bowl. It is a very good ball for surface changes. For Me I like the Rule with a light shine to grab the dry or lighter oil conditions.

The Rule is very good and is one of my tournament only balls. I felt like throwing it last night and am glad I did. I had games of 265,289,290 for 844.

The Rule seems to have fallen off the radar quickly. This is unfortunate, because it is a great ball. I love mine. I get a smooth consistent reaction. It is very easy to adjust the surface, and you can get many different reactions from doing so. I've had mine anywhere from 600 grit to highl;y polished. I like it at 600, but it does need a little oil to perform. When there isn't enough oil for my Animal or GP2 and too much oil for the 5.0's pearl cover, this ball is golden. Still one of my favorite balls. Thanks to Rick for punching this one up for me.
