2ND Annual Track POA Tourney.....05-06

Okay guys, it's getting close to Oct so let's get it rolling here on BR for now.  I need some rules set in place and who wants to be in charge (rules, tracking and scoring..etc)?  Official Track Ball Boy??  Who else?  This person would need to be here pretty frequent to update on a daily basis.....thanks!
