If it's that dry outside of 10, you need to keep the ball left of the 10-board. Depending on what the lanes are like in the middle, you might be able to move in and put your breakpoint around 13. You don't get much angle when your breakpoint is only four boards right of the pocket, but using something with a smooth, controlled backend you can score. The hardest part will be getting enough drive out of the ball to carry the 5-pin.
You could try something with a weak but dull cover. A Solution PPEX with the polish knocked off might work. Maybe a Desert Heat, depending on how much oil is in the middle. Track doesn't have one right now, but you could try a urethane or pearl urethane. There are a few out there, the Slate Blue Gargoyle, Trooper (a C300 ball), or a Groove.
