Just wondering if any one can give me an insight on the main differences between the 2. I've had the Sheer Havoc for a year now and love it, not trying to replace it. But Blue Heats are going cheap at the moment. Thought the Blue Heat might be able to fit above it or would there be to much over lap.

Sheer Havoc is drilled 4.5 * 3.5 pin under ring still compound finish. Its great for mediums and is more of a bench mark ball for me with a smooth predictable roll.

Main difference to me is the Blue is more aggressive earlier, pretty much due to the factory surface cover prep....as the Sheer was mistaken many times as a pearl, the Blue is dull and can handle more oil up front. The cover is very easy to adjust if it is too aggressive though!

Loki,

The Blue Heat is much stronger than the Sheer. I don't think you will have a problem with overlap.

The Blue Heat is earlier rolling (as the coverstock is stronger), but does not have as much punch on the backend unless there is enough head oil.
