Thank you Track...
« on: August 15, 2006, 12:41:18 AM »
Finally got my mean machine drilled up.  I'm not too familiar with layouts, but my driller said he laid it out 4x2 with a 75 degree mass bias, pin is 3/4 inch above and to the left of my ring finger (if that's correct).  I'm a high tracker and like to play a small swing around the second arrow.  All I can say is this ball is great...I had 4 different people come up and ask what I was throwing!  It clears the heads great, and makes a super strong arc back to the pocket.  Very controllable as long as my speed stays consistant.  I was amazed at how low the pins stay and have never had as many messengers with any other ball....Great ball Track and can't wait to drill up my machine to compliment it!

Hey Ryan,

What are your specs on the Machine or are you buying a new one?  Let me know and I'll help with a layout, thanks.

15lbs 3oz, 3.5 in pin.  I believe my pap is 5 1/4 over 1/4 up.

Okay Ryan, I'd suggest a 4.25-4.5 x 3.75-4 mb with the pin 3-3.25 above mid line.  This should give you a good separation from your Mean Machine.  Keep us posted....

Ryan,

Rick has given you a very good suggestion for the Machine. The Machine and Mean Machine go together so well bud.

Keep us posted,
Carl
