Crunch Time Finish

what is Finish Polished, Polish Magic Shine? How do i achieve that?
i have a spinner and all of the PowerHouse products and sand paper. what do i have to mix and match to attain "polish magic shine"?  i think maybe 1000 wet sand and factory finish polish? maybe?

could sombody help me out!

buy some Magic shine and apply after sanding to 1000.
