I received an email from Columbia stating as of Feb 6, they will no longer accept any bonus rewards due to the merger with Ebonite. All rewards already turned in will be honored through the middle of March.

Plus, while I do not have first hand knowledge, I have a friend who had a Phoenix on order from Bowlersparadise.com....he was contacted by Bowlersparadise and was told due to the merger, the Phoenix would not be released and thus cancelled his order.

I looked at their site, and if you remember, they had ther Alien vs the 5 new balls, including the Phoenix, where if you bought the Alien you got one of the other 5 for free...well...looking today...its down to 4 balls and the Phoenix is missing...


ON EDIT....wanted to say I am NOT bashing in any way. When I left Track in Nov, it was NOT due to the equipment...great equipment all the way, I can not ever pretend Track does not have that.
