hey. I just bowled my high game, a 266, with my killer instinct sanded. I have found out how to hit my target so much more consistently. I have a 4 step approach and on my first step/pushoff step i pause for a moment. I am watching my scores go up every week and i am currently at a 183. One moment for me makes all the difference

Sounds like you have taken on the Brad Angelo approach. This can be very effective as the hesitation can keep everything slow and slow usually means great things as far as timing and release.
