With the pin below the fingers, you will have a little less backend, and with the cg and most likely the mass bias being kicked out to about at least position 3 on Track's info if not further, you are probably looking at early roll as well. The way the SCB is drilled according to your picture(like most of my equipment is) the mass bias would fall into position 1 on Track's graph, which is for control and late revs. I LOVE this drilling as it gives me a steady and true roll for my game.
As for the best drilling, that depends on your game and what you are looking for the ball to do. Any info about your game (PAP, etc) would be greatly appreciated to help you out more.
