From my experience and what I've seen, the Rule and Bully are similar, but the Bully starts up a few feet earlier with a more even hook, whereas the Rule is a few feet longer and more angular.  Seems as though the Bully can handle a bit more oil because of it's slightly earlier revving.

The reaction I get from my Phenom is closer to that of my friend's Bully.  I get a few more rpm, and he has a slightly higher tilt with a slightly faster ball speed.

I would have to say the Rule is the closest as well. However I have seen different from the others......Everything I have seen, the Rule picks up a bit sooner in the oil. They both backend pretty close to eachother. On heavier oil the guys with the Bully seem to not have as much success as the ones using the Rule.

The Rule is similar to the Bully if you slightly shine it up -- although with reasonable speed and some sideroll, they are rough substitutes (probably because they share the same coverstock, just different finishes).  The Big Bully is slightly earlier than the Rule.  Similarly, as far as I can tell, the Backyard Bully and the Xception are essentially the same ball --- I know, I like the Track core better -- but the reactions are very similar.
