I am asking for some help on calming the ball down, what kind of polish, something that gives me lenght and not a snap on the back end anyone got any suggestions

Shiny surfaces encourage back-end snap perhaps you should dull the surface to even out the back-end reaction. What kind of ball are you currently using?

The X factor 2 but it is not shiny, i was wondering if i polished it what would happen

well if you mean by the X-Factor 2 the Deuce. Then if you were to throw a little bit of polish on the ball it would shine it up pretty nice and make it go a little longer and then snap harder on the backend depending on what drill pattern you have on the bowling ball.

In theory it should go further down the lane before hooking but since you said the ball is not shiny perhaps it is out of energy thus rolling out or not recovering. Is this what you mean when you say the ball is not "calm"?

if you want the ball to get more length but not so much as a snap I would think that you would have to completely drill the bowling ball a different way for that or get a new bowling ball. As far as I know, the more polish you put on any bowling ball it will increase it's lenght and will give it more snap on the backend.

yes it is the deuce and it is dull it has a 3-4inch pin, the pin above the ring finger the cgs right of the palm 2 inches and the rad 3 inches right bottom of the thumb, not a pro on ball drillings sorry also has a weight hole to take side weight out of it, it does not roll out yet but if it starts do u think that dulling the ball more will keep the same reaction? like i said not a ball pro just asking for some help

Just tinker with the surface to suit your needs.
