Okay my Chicago/Midwest BR members, here’s a brief survey I'd like you to fill out to help me give my superiors an idea of what you're looking for in a Track seminar. This survey will help me inform Del/Brian/Gus what your needs are to help pick the right location. Please answer all questions with a yes or no so I can tally up the results easier.
1)Would you like to have some hands on coaching time from Del/Brian/Gus?
2)Would you like some classroom time to learn more about cores, mass bias and layouts?
3)Would you be interested in purchasing a Track ball at this seminar laid out personally by Del/Brian/Gus?
4)If possible, would you like to have your game analyzed on C.A.T.S. or another type of computerized system? *This one is a big maybe because I'm not sure if there is a center in the Chicago area that has this capability or service.
I'll need any and/or all of you who would be interested in attending as headcount is very important in justifying a non-scheduled seminar. Thanks for your time and interest in Track Intl.

Also not sure which alleys in the area would have CATS capabilities, but I think it'd be worth a shot to check it out!

Sorry Omega, the local authorities have this darn ankle bracelet on me that won't let me go that far..
Naw bud, just trying to help anyone who has interest in wanting to learn more and improve themselves in our sport. No different then what I've been trying to do in my shop and here on BR...however, I am planning a trip back home in Aug. I will let everyone know then so maybe we can have a BR get together or if the seminar gets planned at the same time, I can also attend to help out.
Would you be interested in attending the seminar bud? Please fill it out as every vote will count. Thanks....

I feel that core/ MB drilling is best for drillers and would take to much time away from 1,3,4. if you have drill it you don't need to know why
I would love to see the schedule in this order.
4 before stats
2 get a ball they think will work
1 get help
4 see if you are better with after stats.
check with Burr Oak. they had a guy from the east cost come in and do 1 and 2 day sessions but he has not done that in 2 years. so maybe they have time/room.
It would be good to see you again and if I am in town I will do my best to make it.

1) Definatly yes. Anytime you can receive coaching from someone that high up on the knowledge tree it will help your game. And if it doesn't, you need to take up a new game.
2) Time permitting it would be interesting, but I wouldn't want it to get too technical as it would most likely go over my head and the heads of many of the attendees.
3) No, I have someone I trust that drills my stuff. What he does works for me so I don't feel the need to go elsewhere.
4) Yes, possibly incorporated with #1. I don't know of any Chicagoland centers with C.A.T.S. However, I do know several of the Brunswick centers have what's called "Pro Trainer". It can't analyze the shot (Rev rate, speed, CoF at the pins, etc) like C.A.T.S., but it is great for analyzing your approach/release.

Hmmm....wonder if this gets me "Diplomatic Immunity" in other ball forums...lol
Hey man, what's up with the smiley face after my name?..
Please help me keep this near the top as I will leave it for a couple of weeks before I submit the info. Remember, the more of you that post to it, the more it will help in getting Del/Brian over there to you. I can't make any promises as to the outcome of this but I'm trying for you guys so I'll need your help...thanks.

Hey Rick,
If you could get Track to throw in round trip airfare from Japan, then I think I can swing the vacation time. LMK what Del says on this one. I could be a valuable training tool for him, as in what not to do or something to that effect. This is a win-win situation here, but I need you to sell it for me.....what, you mean you're still reading this? Get him on the line, Buddy!!!
-
Okay guys, last chance to sign up if interested cause I'm going to send in the numbers to Del. Talked to him about this yesterday....thanks.
