Based on what Clean and Sheen does (it is NOT, strictly speaking, a polish), the closest replacement is Ultimate Quick Kut and Polish. See
http://www.bowlersparadise.com/shop/cp/ultimate_bowling/ultimate_quick_kut_and_polish_quart.shtml

It does virtually the same thing: removes sanding lines, finishes the cover to about 500/600 grit and put a polish over that. As a cheaper attempt, most basic automotive rubbing compunds, like Turtle Wax's version. used to be THE way that Brunswick recommended. It'll remove sanding marks and leave a silicon-free polish of about the same level.

Great stuff. It and the 3M Finesse-It are the only polishes I use. On the Ulitimate Quick Kut and Polish, wash the ball in with soap in warm water when done polishing it.
