Ebay Store with Track balls
« on: June 13, 2005, 07:56:32 PM »
Guys,
Check out my feedback thread on Ebay Seller px20162124 in that forum. I only post here because I had an awesome transaction and he has a lot of Track balls on auction and in his Ebay Store.

(I bought a X5.0 from him and got it yesterday. Can't wait to punch it up!!!)

Ok, by request:
There is a guy named Doug Laird who goes by the name of px20162124 as an Ebay Seller. His Ebay Store is R and D Discount Bowling. I recently bought a Track Xception 5.0 from him. He is a super nice guy to deal with. He went above and beyond to please me, the customer.
One example in my transaction, he (his girlfriend) accidently sent my ball USPS parcel post when I specifically requested Priority. He sent me another ball (and let me pick different specs than the auction I won cause after getting with tenpinspro and EX I decided to go with a little shorter pinout)and trusts me to return one of them. (this was very important because I have an overseas military FPO address and it takes two months+ to get standard mail packages vice 10 days for Priority shipped.)I don't know many sellers that would've put two balls in the mail when they've only been paid for one!
I just received the Priority one (shipped second). Looks great. Check out his stuff. Some first quality and some seconds. Prices are pretty good, too.

Alright, I added the other post in there to make it easier. He's a real stand up guy as you can see.

Any chance of cutting and pasting the item in question, so one can easily check it...That would be very handy, just to look. Cheers...

I bought 4 balls off of him (GP2, Aggressive, Angular x-outs; Slash 1st quality). He is a very nice guy, answered all of my questions, and marked the CG on one of the x-outs that had the CG mis-marked. He doesn't have a 100% rating on Ebay for nothing!

R & D?  I've gotta know if that's Rich Abboud and Doug Laird.  They own The Bowlers Choice pro shop in Omaha, Nebraska.  I used to go to those guys when I lived over there.  Anyone know if this seller is the same?
