Contacting Track
« on: April 26, 2005, 06:37:28 AM »
How is the support from Track?  Is there a way to contact Del?  I am frustrated with my driller, who sometimes talks to Del, and wanted to get his opinion on something.  Is this feasible?

For a technical q, try Brian Pursel. He would be more than happy to help! I would give you Brian's email address, but I do not know if he wants it public.....

Ok, but my thing is this, my driller says he talks with Del.  If I talk with Del, he can directly speak to my driller about this issue.  What do you think?

Mainly because my "ballman" is not very good at all.  This was just an idea.

If you say he is not that good what good is it going to do to talk to Del. Either talk to your "ballman" yourself or look for someone else.

I tell you man I 2 am a bowler who got burnt by a "ballman" I have a gp2 witch the lay out is just not working for my game. I have a Exception that has been killed. And about 3 other balls that i had to go get fixed by someone else. I would like to talk to Del or someone in the track family but am afird that it just looks like i am someone who is pissed off and wants something for free. I don't I have after fighting with all my energy given up and am now trying to save up for another Exception but am so afird to buy one from around here cause seems no one knows just how Evolutionary and Revoltionary track equipment is, yet alone drill it right.

Hey Wylie,

You can always reach Del or Brian through our "Contact Us" page and direct your question to Del or Brian.  They get a ton of email so please be patient with them.  Also try and give as much personal info as possible (pap, rotation, tilt, speed, revs...etc)

http://trackbowling.com/corporate/contact.cfm

Some of you may have even seen me answer your questions from there as Brian pulled me in to be one of our Technical Advisors to cover when Chuck was on vacation a while back.  Isn't that right FBM357?...

Wylie, I recently started buying some Track equipment and let me tell you, their service, help, advice, etc, both on this site and their home office is second to none. I rate in terms of the best in service:

Hey Rick,

Slight oversight.  Was looking for someone taller than a curb to answer my question then I "tripped" upon you.  My bad...  it's all good ...
