crash vs voodoo
« on: February 24, 2005, 02:00:58 PM »
i loved my voodoos more than any balls ive ever thrown, but u can only resurface a ball so much (should stocked up on them)

voodoo rg=2.52--0.048 diff--Multi-color Reactive
crash rg=2.54--0.047 diff--PowerPlus Reactive

do u think those slight changes in rg and the name change of the surface are truly different or do u think it is just they just swapped the labels

As a proud owner of a new Voodoo...and previous owner of one and of one Crash..

Both drilled 5 x 5.....top and sides very close....

VooDoo is a smooth monster for me....Crash was very snappy and with this pattern on it very over/under.  VooDoo with a touch of polish is most excellent for the drier side of med...in Box Condition is a monster on mediums..

For me....VooDoo is the best of the two *and my Fav Track Ball of all time..:-))*

The Crash is not the VooDoo. The VooDoo had (probably) Enhanced Super-Flex or a Track version of it, while the Crash has plain Super-Flex or a Track version of it. If you want the closest simulation of the VooDoo, try the Messenger Traction with some 1500 grit polish applied. The only difference is that the Messenger has the titanium nugget inside the core.

I saw your post looking for an NIB VooDoo.
I looked for one a long time ago; haven't seen one year or on EBAY in ages. Good luck!
