Crunch vs Revmaster

Hello All, I have a crunch already and was considering a revmaster. How do these two balls compare. Does anyone own both? If so what are the major differences in them that you see. Thanks for the help.

My 2 cents.
I disagree with Leftside. It may suck to him, but it works very well for me. It is a ball with a strong core. The ball has a strong arcing reaction on the lanes. I drilled mine with the pin under ring finger and cg directly below. Very tame drilling. Still a strong ball, good for medium conditions. Revs up strong like the name suggests. Has no trouble getting through the heads. I love the ball. Not every ball suits every owner. If you need a strong arcing ball for medium conditions this is a good choice. Good bang for the buck. I got mine for a good price on ebay.

revmaster is not the ball for me!

i would truely recommend this ball for strokers and down&in shooters....

when i had this ball, i was a stroker...then i became a tweener with more angle/revs/and boards....the ball died out on me in the backends but went through the heads great with awesome midlane roll....then the ball just flattened out in the backends...then again, it could've been the drilling, but i drilled my crunch almost similar with a lower pin placement...not even close! my crunch just keeps going and going and going!

the revmaster has a great hit, but if your gonna drill it for mid-lane roll, then you better be a stroker ready for a good reaction!

that's my opinion.....i sold my revmaster to a stroker

There is quite a difference between the Crunch and RevMaster.  The Crunch should typically get down the lane quite a bit before ir finishes while the RevMaster stands up pretty quick in the midlane(very low RG).  This is why you're getting feedback on burnout or being flat in the backend on the RevMaster.  If you like the Crunch but want something just a little more, I'd recommend the new Crunch Time.  It does exactly as promised, clears the heads smoothly and then picks up to create a strong arcing backend.  If you want something stronger then that, I'd look to the Thrash or Triple Threat for a little more particle reaction in oil vs resin.  Hope this was helpful...

Not too sure about the Crunch, but I kinda like my Revmaster.  It goes plenty long and turns left sharp.  It will be a great ball for me once I drill a deeper hole in the side!
