I got two of them in the shop today, one fo them had the cg punch directly beside the pin!! and the other one has a 2.75 pin but it is not even close to being inline with the MB locator. When you connect the lines it is an obtuse angle. Kinda funny

I spoke to EXCALIBUR about that issue last night; he runs a pro shop and says that it's normally not a big deal due to the MB ... I'd PM him directly if you have specific questions or concerns.

Cordog,

The one with the CG in the pin would be perfect for someone that wants the pin under the fingers....but other than that it will be difficult to drill out extra sideweight (naturally the TW would be of importance, if it is lower then it wouldn't be a big deal).

The other I would not be concerned with. It may be a ball that will be better suited for someone that wants a particular layout over another....but it is still very useful.

Hey CORDOG,

I'd use the cg next to pin ball for someone who wants a smoother reaction overall.  That would be an ideal ball to do a Rico aka pin in palm drilling.

On the other one, you'll have more freedom to move around. Just double check your static weights before drilling, the cg is not as important on any strong mass bias ball.  Hope this helps some...
