Nope.  That would be Power Wash.  Clean and Tacky is for higher grit (polished) surfaces I believe...

I doubt if C&T is identical to C&D.

Track 2005-6 catalog suggest C&T for polished balls and C&D for dull balls from 800-1500 grit. C&D has an almost oil-extraction type of cleaning quality. And dull balls do absorb oil more rapidly than polished balls.

I don't understand the difference myself since C&D does NOT "dull" balls on which it is used. Since C&D is a gel with specific application instructions AND specific clean-up instructions, indicating a certain amount of caution when contacting human skin, maybe C&T is a spray-on, like many ball cleaners, and is less dangerous to human skin????

Clean n Dull cleans the surface of the ball without altering it. Although I have yet to use Clean n Tacky, it sounds like it cleans (obvious) and leaves the surface tacky, thus altering it in a way the Clean n Dull does not.

Doesn't Clean 'n Dull say it restores tackiness to the surface? All I know is that a Track rep mentioned 'something' being a spray on version of Clean 'n Dull.

Hmmm...I don't know for sure. All I have been told forever is Clean N Dull simply cleans any ball while not altering the surface.

Clean 'n Dull is an awesome cleaner, just not always the most time/convenient cleaner. A spray on version would be awesome!!!

I agree...but I have yet to see a bottle of Clean n Tacky to see how it works to be able to say...its close or it is or it is not..

No...when I was ordering from my distributor a few weeks ago for supplies for the shop, I wanted some of the new items, but they were out of many of the products (high demand) and I had to get my hands on what I could get, so I bougth Clean n Dull, Delayed Reaction, Magic Shine, and Clean n Sheen.

Yup. Makes me wonder what was on the cloth before you applied the Clean and Dull or just how much you applied, for how long, and with what. It just doesn't do that.

Clean & Tacky is a gel formulation just as c & d is. It is blue colored and has a spearmint scent.  Power Wash is a green liquid in a spray bottle that looks like mouth wash with an apple scent. Clean & Tacky leaves a very, very slight tacky feeling similar to a matte surface on a dull ball. Power Wash is great for quick clean ups, just spray and wipe.

I see Clean 'n Tacky is listed on Bowl.com as a cleaner containing solids or abrasives.
