Del ran an awesome seminar. It was about so much more than just a bowling ball. It was about bowling.

If any of you get a chance to attend a perfect approach seminar you better go! You have no idea what you are missing out on.

REgards,

PS I wonder how close it is to the post of the Del Warren article on this site in the last week?

Jason,

In a lot of cases these seminars are for closed/semi-closed audiences.  In this case I think Ace Mitchell (big time distributor) is bringing Del around.  The only notification/invitation would be from Ace to proshops and staff guys.  In the past that is how it's gone down, whether it be Ace or BowlMaster in my area.  Usually there's a big sales pitch included to the proshop operator as well.  Outside (Joe Bowler) participation is not usually welcomed for various reasons.  Del and others usually make it a point to offer the same seminar to an individual bowling center/proshop(details at the distributor seminar), and then to an open audience.

OK, thanks for pointing that out.  I was thinking this was like the seminar that Clint Daley was trying to organize that never came together.

Speaking of Clint Daley, what's up with him?  He hasn't been around lately.  Sorry for the hijack

This seminar was open to pro shops. If you were friends with a pro shop guy, there was no problem with them bringing guests. The seminar was very informative. afterwards, del even took us out on the lanes to give some pointers in everyone's game. Del is the man, he REALLY knows what he's talking about!!
