Desert Heat vs. Coral Triton
« on: September 15, 2005, 08:59:56 AM »
Just wondering how the new "Desert Heat" would compare to the older Coral Triton.  I know the specifications would suggest less flare and a longer slide before hooking, but I was wondering what the coverstock effect would be.

I still have and use a coral on medium/light conditions, just wondering if a Desert Heat would be a good addition.

Thanks,

TAN

Never had a Coral....so I don't know for sure, but right now (and the first in a while), the Desert is the piece we have for that condition and it fits the bill well.

i had a coral years back. it was my lefty ball. throwing it left handed, it was long and aggressive. as always, other variables come into play (layout, surface), but it was a hook monster for me left handed!
