Arsenal Angular vs Heat
« on: August 08, 2005, 03:04:39 PM »
Is there enough differences between these two to buy both? I have both the angular and the agressive, slash, and GP2 (undrilled). I may be picking up an Absolute Inferno in one of those win a ball leagues, and was thinking about getting a Heat and Desert Heat.

I own both balls and they are very different. My Angular is drilled stronger than my Heat and the Angular goes longer with more backend. For me, the Heat is a good med/light oil piece that has a nice controllable arc to it. For the record, my Angular is pretty much stacked. Pin right of ring, cg below, weight hole on PAP. The Heat is drilled pin over bridge, cg swung right under ring, weight hole 1" before PAP. They truly are two totally different balls that can give totally different reactions.

As for the Desert Heat, I cant say enough good about this ball. Pick one up and you will see why.

I agree with what everyone has already said....there is enough difference to warrant both balls!
