I've got an itch...don't know if I can wait for the Robo.
If I get the AR, on a shot where 10 to the Gutter is OB (dry), what can I expect? I like to play about 17ish to 10.
Does this ball snap like my Heat, or is it just a hard hook? I have a GP2, not sure if I should wait for the Robo...

The AR is an impressive ball to say the least!!! You really cant go wrong with one IMO! Everyone I know that has seen one thrown has got the urge to get one. Those who have got them have been impressed! At a pro-shop that I deal with, the guy who runs it is a Senior PBA member and he is a Storm man. He does not like Track but, even he really likes that ball! Actually, thats the only Track I have heard him give props to!

Hey, it might be slop but, it all looks the same on the scorecard!!!!!
-
do you have one?

I have one that is polished with magic shine and it does flip. The AR for me has a big backend. One thing that you need to know is that this ball is strong. People aren't just saying that. The AR is very strong. I can't use it with OOB cover because of how strong it is. Of course I could use it for a flood with the OOB cover but I have mine for fresh and med/heavy oil.

hey chi...stronger than the GP2..?

The GP2 will probally handle more oil and hook more in a Flood IMO but, medium and medium-heavy, the AR will cover more boards than the GP2 IMO! Thats comparing the 2 GP2's I have to the few Ar's I have thrown!

GP2 and Robo will handle more soup...but the Reactive is right up there when dull, and if you scuff it, it will handle plenty of oil for you!

I agree with Clint the gp2 and robo will probably handle more oil but the AR in it's OOB cover is very strong and can handle heavy oil with ease. I'm willing to bet if someone would experiment with the AR and dulled with green scotchbrite that it would handle any flooded condition. I may do this someday with mine. Right now though I like mine with magicshine polish on it. This ball is the best bang for the buck out there.

I have a friend with an AR. He is having the season of his life!
241 average with NO practice between his two league sets.
I told him he may win some sort of ABC award. Highest league average ever with no practice!
He had 300/763 this week.
You really can't go too wrong with that one!

Hey kc,
The Arsenal Reactive and the Robo actually have enough separation between them to have both. Take a look at my two vids, they are on the same condition. Even with my Reactive drilled strong, it doesn't have the cover/core strength of the Robo, hope this helps some...
