Power Machine out of retirement
« on: October 21, 2015, 01:25:09 PM »
I am bringing back my Power Machine to the lanes. I tried it last nite and it still hits with "Power".  I will have a new thumb slug and grips put in on Sat. Can't wait to bring the "Machine" back to life! San Antonio Track still rules! ;)

Yes they do.  Too bad I had to drop in weight.  I unloaded all my 15's.  Now I wish I didn't and wish I could throw 15's again.  Its a bitch getting old.

The reason I retired this ball is because it's a 16. I was having allot of wrist pain, which has now gone away from switching over to 15 about 5 years ago. But I never got rid of this ball. I have been having some carry issues on a few of my leagues, so I was curious to see what this ball would do. I really like the way it rolls and hits. So as long as my wrist holds up I am going to Power the lanes with this STILL awesome hitting ball!  :)

I bought both the Mean and Power Machine back in March and I'm so glad I'm back to using two of the best Track balls that I've ever used. My style of bowling has changed throughout the years since I've last had those balls the first time but I've adjusted well with them. Even though I'm changing my arsenal to a near-all Motiv stuff, the Power Machine is my ultimate go-to ball when the lanes really starts to transition when I have to play more inside.

The Power Machine was one of the Machines I never tried. I wanted to, but I had so much equipment i didn't want to overlap the equipment I already had. I can say that the Arsenal Artillery was the best Track ball I've ever thrown next to the original Triton Heat. My best oil ball from them was the Rule GP2.

I've been seeing both balls on Ebay alot over the last six months. If you want a Mean Machine, let me know but I'm thinking about parting ways with the one I have since I haven't used it much since the spring.
