Dry Heat - Real Story?

There have been conflicting reports on the Track Dry Heat.
What are the true specs?
Coverstock?  Core?

I talked to Bill at Track and the Dry Heat will be made in small batches to meet demand. It is being spread by word of mouth and won't be widely marketed. I was relieved to hear that more of them are being made because it is the ball I have been waiting on.
