An update from my previous "Dulling a Slash" topic

One of the reasons I wanted to dull my Slash is:

(1) I bought a Heat Blast and wanted to complement it with the Slash.

(2) My Arsenal Reactive (dull) had a small crack in it, and didn't know how long the ball would last.

Today, I found that the Reactive has a crack in it that goes almost all the way around the ball. Now I have its replacement(I hope)?

Also, I have a Arsenal Aggressive that hasn't been drilled. Can I go with that as my heavy oil ball, and the dull Slash underneath it?

The Slas will not be quite as aggressive as the Arsenal Reactive as the Arsenal was a lower RG and a stronger core. HOWEVER, when you drill the Aggressive for your oil ball (however you drill it) it will handle almost any amount of heavy stuff you see and having the Slash there as well gives you more separation in my mind than if you had the 2 Arsenals....should work out ok. If you have any more queastions, let us know.
