What is the sanding Grit of the GP2?

Since sand paper is not recommended for particle ball I would go with gray scotchbrite light pressure and finish with Clean and Smooth.

Actually, the GP2's finish, according to Track's website, is 1200 grit. I'd use either 1200 grit sandpaper, a white nylon pad with a lot of pressure, or Ebonite's Matte finish liquid, which is intended to finish a ball to 1200 grit. The closest Track's liquids come is the 1500 grit finish provided by Clean and SMooth.

I use a used grey scotchbrite for my guys and myself on the GP2 and Arsenal Aggressives...seem to work very well.

My bad sorry, been a while since I had looked and thought it was 1500, the suggestion I made still gets it very close though.

Sanding it with 1200 or even 1000 then going over the surface with Clean n Dull as if you were cleaning it using my method should get you as close to box as you will get it.
