Due to the traffic on the other thread I figured I would start another one on this one.

I put a very similiar layout on this ball that I had on the original. It is cleaner through the front of the lane, a tad less in the midlane with about a foot or so overall more length than the original. The backend reaction is very comparable with IMO the Equation2 having a tad bit more movement off of friction.

So its placement would be below the original Equation. Another ball to compare it to is the Heat. It is under the Heat as well. The good thing about this ball is that it has enough recovery in the backends to allow the bowler to move inside when the track area starts to go....but still make it back to the hole.

You could try to put a coat of Magic Shine over the surface...that may help it retain more energy for down lane. Generally leverage layouts cause a ball to rev so much though that it may do very little to only add polish.
