FWIW, for my 2 cents,
compared to some of the other supposedly technical company-specific forums on  ballreviews.com, the Track technical people, including, at minimum, Excaliber, tenpinspro and Clint Daley, are as good as you're going to see here at ballreviews or anywhere.

They tell you what Track balls will be good for you (DEPENDING on how good the information is that you give them), and how to drill it and to surface modify it, if necessary, for your release and your oil pattern. AND they do it [b[/b]]politely, with almost infinite patience AND without talking down to anyone.

If you ask any more than that of any human being, it had better be your mother!

(Added on re-edit: this is the only forum where I will only offer my personal experiences with Track balls. These guys cover all other bases. I barely need to offer that, but sometimes I can squeeze a word in edgewise. )

The Track forum has been nothing but helpful to me.  The guys and gals in that forum are top notch.  They never hesitate to offer advice to one in need.  IMHO the best forum on the BR website.  Keep up the great work.

For everything they've done for me, I think they all deserve a raise!  It's easy to see that these guys are totally committed to the sport as well as to helping others advance/improve on their game and equipment.  Great job guys!  Keep up the good work.

Charlest, you you said it all for me. I couldn't have said it any better. These guys have been really great and helpful to me and you can bet your bottom dollar that my next ball will be a Track Ball also, thanks to these guys. Track is very fortunate to hve 3 representives like this. No other company on this site has even one that I am aware of, let alone three people like this.

I can attest that these guys have sold me on Track, not only how good the equipment is (and it's REALLY good) but their technical expertise has been astonishing.  It's truly amazing how much these guys here know about balls, if there's something one doesn't know, another one steps up!  It's great...good show guys!  There's a round on me if you ever come through Chicago.

Doesn't it seem to everybody that people who are involved with Track are more enthusiastic than those involved with other ball companies?  I was discussing this with achappy the other day... all seem more willing to help and discuss and contribute than most people out there.  It just seems like Track equipment makes people all warm and fuzzy inside.  It's like that gelling commercial... we're all chilling with Track.  Like a family!

Ok, I promise I'm not on drugs... just a little sleepy.

charlest, you've said a mouthfull!!!!

I'm more impressed with the unselfishness and the devotion of time they spend to helping those who seek help.  Not only with TRACK products but the overall game.  I for one commend Rick (aka tenpinspro) for all his help.  I also read and enjoy the efforts put forth by EX and Clint as well.

They have shown there are greater rewards in life and none greater than TIME!  Irregardless of your average, everyone is treated without insult or given a 'inferior complex'.  That's what it's all about!

Keep up the great work guys!

I also will agree that Clint, tenpinspro (Rick), Excaliber (Carl) and Achappy (Anthony) are super at the expertise they provide to Track consumers. I've had wonderful discussions with all of them and they've helped to get the best out of the 3 Track balls that I currently own (Animal, Rule, Slash) and I'm sure will provide more help when I'm ready to delve into some of the newer Track offerings.

Keep up the good work guys- I hope Track recognizes all the good work you've done for the game and it's increased their sales...

Thank you everyone for the good words. I am sure I speak for all of us when I say that "we enjoy being able to help a bowler match up to a ball". It is what we are here for, to help in any way that we can.

One thing that I think we pride ourselves on is being able to help with equipment, be it Track or another bowling ball that you are having issues with.

LASTLY---I would like to thank Track for producing such great equipment that it really sells itself.

Once again, thanks for the kind words,

They still don't meet the standards of tempinspro & EXCALIBER of whom are here everyday to help and not just once in a while or occassionaly.

I posted a Topic about Brunswick High Gloss Factory Polish last night. There have been several posts to it, but yet some unanswered questions that I have....We'll see if they respond.....
