some advice on mutant layout
« on: April 26, 2007, 06:51:49 PM »
hi, got a NIB mutant, and want to set it up for heavy oil patterns (at least 50-60 units at the heads, lenght of pattern at end of buff 40').  was thinking 4X2. Pin level with ring finger.  am striving for a strong arc.  Any advice/comments are welcomed.

Tweener 16 mph/300 rpms. very little axis tilt. Can play all areas.  But prefer track area and twig on heavy oil.

thanks in advance

The Mutant is assymetrical so keep in mind cgnomadda in case the PAP - CG - MB are not in line. Sounds like you are going the right direction depending on the position of the pin. The MB location (distance) will determine the shape. PM C-G Proshop Carl - he is the expert to match the drill for your purpose/game.
