Finding a new ball.............
« on: March 08, 2006, 02:58:59 PM »
....in an old one.
I have had my Rule at 1200 grit dull since it has had 3 games on it, decided to change the surface and use it in league as a sub for my Elite Remix and play a different angle on a shot that I have little room on and gives me over/under frequently.
Went 1000 grit on bowtie and Magic Sh. :30 x 6 sides (scratched marble) and the ball came to life on this pattern, the long MB didn't hurt either.
Wish I would have done it sooner the reaction was better than anything else I have used on it.
Not a high score by some standards but I went 247, 237, 234 for 718, 1 open - 6,7,10 split frame 2 game 3.
Just wondering if anyone else enjoys getting a *new* ball for free.

and I said "PLEASE, I ONLY WANT TO GET ONE MORE BALL." he responded "THAT WAS WHAT 12 BALLS AGO." I said back "WELL, YA BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT."
