After getting to the lanes 15 minutes late last night with no warm up, I shot 637, a 161, 230 and 246 with my mean machine. I was playing down the second arrow the first game with everyone else, and the line dried up. I moved over lining up my left feet on 25 and playing up the forth arrow I was able to stay there the rest of the night with the mean machine, as there was plenty of oil in the middle of the lane, and the reaction was consistent once the ball hit the dry which had some carry down.
Up to this point, my Absolute Inferno had been my go-to ball in this house.
Considering my average is 169, and I have only been bowling since February, this was a good night for me, as I beat the 200+ average bowlers on my team, and the other team.
I bowl in a different (wood) house on Thursday nights. For the last two weeks, the mean machine has proven to be my go-to ball in that house as well for the first game or two. I have rolled 200+ the first games with it, but then the oil dries up and I have gone to my original inferno.
I am anxious to see the new Track balls, if they are suppose to be better than the Mean Machine.
