yes they are.

Rule Delta is 15 pounds with 1.5 top and 4 inch  pin

Actually checks are preferred since my bank messed up the paypal again....
I ordered the balls to keep and use when the others eventually die.  I have 3 animals drilled up now, so I thought I could spare these.  I ordered a case of 4 about a year ago and just never got around to drilling them up..  If you are interested in any of these, just let me know and email me at my yahoo account..
