MUTANT "CG"
« on: January 10, 2004, 04:26:41 PM »
Purchased a used MUTANT and noticed no CG marking, except a very, very tiny pin prick about an inch from the pin in-line with MB and pin location.  Is this the CG?  If this is the CG what should this ball do?, the pins is located just below the fingers and MB kicked out about an inch right of thumb.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That definately sounds like the CG to me.

This pin location is probably my favorite. The ball gets a little length with a controlled breakpoint and a strong backend. The MB location is a strong location.

Most cg's are more definite but since you said it was used, maybe the shell was worked(sanded) causing it to seem small.  Excaliber's definition is correct, that's what the ball should do so long as your track is high enough for that pin and cg placement.  Let us know how this worked for you...thanks.
