Most overseas releases are just different core/coverstock combos that werent released here in the US. I have a Hex Darkside and a Mutant Mania, both are overseas releases. The Hex Darkside is the Hex Core with the Spell Coverstock and the Mutant Mania is the Mutant core with the Sheer Havoc coverstock.

As for being legal, check www.bowl.com and see what the USBC approved list shows. Most should be legal, but you never know.

Not sure, I checked bowling ball reviews and both balls look real similar. Here is what I found:

The only thing that stands out is the obvious difference in color. I actually like the Unleashed II better.

By the way, are you able to get your hands on this ball?? Would you know of where I could purchase one??
