Title: GOO LS and M80 are the same cover?
Post by: chitown on February 04, 2006, 12:15:55 PM
I heard the GOO LS is the same exact cover that's on the columbia action.  Does anyone else know of this?  The GOO LS is the same cover as the M80?

they may be similar but I dont think they are exactly the same. If there is a relationship I think it would be GOO close to M80 while GOO LS would be close to M80^2

Did they run the oil machine?  Was there any oil in it.....

Wow, three of the same post.

I remember someone from Track coming on here and saying that when the Rule and Bully came out, with Goo and M80, there was a natural reaction to say they were the same.  But in essense, BASF came in with several new resin formulas, Track chose one they called Goo, Columbia chose one they called M80, but they aren't the same.

In a technology generation sense, they are of the same generation.  Just like Superflex, Powerplus, PK18, and Accu-tread.

Does anyone else know if the action cover is the same as the Delta 1's cover?

Dude, I'll put it in two places.  Like OG1 said, M80(Action, Bully, Big Bully) relates to GOO (Rule). M80^2 (Backyard Bully, Action Packed) relates to Goo LS (Xception, Delta, Artillery)...so the answer would be no....
