You are probably facing the ball needing cleaned badly. Take a good look at the ball, does it appear to have more of a shine or gloss to it than it did when you got it? Lets not forget that the GP2, even though it has a ton of backend reaction, is still high load particle. Try taking a worn down scotchbrite pad, or even a grey scotchbrite pad, put some clean n dull on the scotchbrite and go over the surface lightly. YOU DO NOT NEED TO APPLY PRESSURE, the clean n dull will to its job of pulling the oil out of the ball.
This works, and it works very well.
