GP2 pics and problems

I've been still having problems matching up with my GP2. It's 1200 grit with clean and dull. It just doesn't have the reaction I think it should, so here's some pics to see what you Track guys think:

This looks like a stacked leverage drill to me w/ a mass bias location in the strong position....not necessarily a heavy oil drill .....
